Have tried uninstalling NetExtender, reinstalling. But from their locations (all around the US) I am unable to connect at all. About 1/3 of SSL-VPN users get hung up on "preparing" to connect and then get the error "Server is not reachable"įrom my location I am able to connect fine AND I am able to connect just fine as the impacted users.
